Also Known For:  Being the first female director to gross over $100 million (for Big, and again for A League of Their Own); other notable films include The Preacher's Wife, Awakenings, and Jumpin' Jack Flash.

Also Known For:  Starring alongside Ron Howard in American Graffiti; marrying Bill Hudson (father to Kate & Oliver) and co-producing films such as Father of the Bride & Father of the Bride Part II.​



Laverne & Shirley Character:  Andrew "Squiggy" Squiggman

Also Known For:  Acting as a spokesman for multiple sclerosis after his 1984 diagnosis (including releasing an autobiography in 2000); continued voice work in a number of TV shows and movies, including A Bug's Life, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and Oswald.



Laverne & Shirley Character:  Leonard "Lenny" Kosnowski

Also Known For:  Starring in This is Spinal Tap as David St. Hubbins; roles in a variety of popular movies and television shows including Clue, The Brady Bunch Movie, and many of Chistopher Guest's mockumentaries (A Mighty Wind, Best in Show, and For Your Consideration); being a Celebrity Jeopardy badass.



Laverne & Shirley Character:  Carmine "The Big Ragoo" Ragusa

Also Known For:  Continued stage work in productions such as Fiddler on the Roof, Grease, and It Had to Be You; was nominated for a Tony Award for 1975's The Lieutenant.​

 

Laverne & Shirley Character:  Frank DeFazio

Also Known For:  A variety of short films he appeared in during the 1950's, as well as TV and movie credits including The Patty Duke Show, The Odd Couple, and The Love Boat.​

 

Laverne & Shirley Character:  Edna Babish

Also Known For:  Acting roles in many popular MGM movies from the 1940's/50's, including On the Town, Take Me Out to the Ball Game, and Neptune's Daughter; starring as Irene Lorenzo in television's All in the Family.​

Laverne & Shirley Character:  Rosie Greenbaum

Also Known For:  In addition to her role as "Big Rosie" Greenbaum, Carole Ita White has appeared in a variety of television episodes and movies, including Love, American Style, Starsky & Hutch, and Remington Steele.​

Laverne & Shirley Character:  Rhonda Lee

Also Known For:  Her role in the Police Academy films, as well as a variety of recent horror movies, including The Afflicted, The Devil's Rejects, and Halloween (2007).​
